Solution Wiz was initially created as a place to host my professional portfolio.  I would place a list of all of the websites I've contributed to or designed and built myself.  Each website would have a case study explaining how the site was developed from beginning to end.  This would give prospective employers a detailed understanding of my experience and projects that I've worked on.  Although, in order for this to work, researchers must be willing to read long, detailed descriptions of my projects.

Along with this portfolio, I would also place my personal resume.  Every element of the resume would be manageable using the "My Account" area.  Through this interface, I can edit my employment history, education history, and awards and achievements.  Additionally, I could manage cover letters and send an e-mail to employers using a simple web form.

Recently, we decided a service like this could benefit the larger community out there.  By providing the same service to other professionals in the workplace, we could revolutionize the way that resumes are handled.  No longer would employers need to manager paper resumes or word documents.  Using a simple website, employers could access all of the details about a professional at any time and from anywhere.
